At Ubuntu, they give a unique opportunity to boys and girls that are talented but have no opportunity to be developed as a whole person.

Research suggests that less than 1% of Academy players in South Africa will go on to make it as Professional Footballers. Therefore, we believe it is crucial that we develop the players as people and not just as footballers.

As a result, the Ubuntu Football Academy offers holistic mentorship to exceptional young players over a sustained period of six years (12-18 years old) focusing on their football, education and formation.
